Refund policy

At Imperial Oud, we take pride in offering authentic, high-quality fragrances. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain strict return guidelines to ensure the integrity of every item we sell.

Returns

We accept returns only on items that are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unopened and unused

• The item must be in its original packaging with all seals intact

• The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

For hygiene and authenticity reasons, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Opened fragrances

• Used products

• Items with broken seals or damaged packaging

• Clearance or final sale items

Return Process

To request a return, please contact our support team at imperialoudshop@gmail.com with:

• Your order number

• The reason for the return

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
