All orders are processed within 48–72 hours (2–3 business days).

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there will be a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information typically becomes active within 24–48 hours after the carrier scans the package.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Imperial Oud is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, the responsibility of delivery lies with the shipping carrier. However, if you experience any issues with your shipment, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
